About

My name is Wendy. I’m a 32-year-old mother of two, wife, distance runner, quilter, professor, researcher, dog trainer, and pit bull advocate. I do very little in moderation, and pretty much “ultra” all of my endeavors. I also have epilepsy. Sometimes, my posts will be about running, other times about modern quilting, being a mom, or the woes of tenure track. If I happen to pick up a new passion in the meantime, you’ll hear about that, too. This blog is meant to chronicle the (monthly) thoughts of a Type A, perfectionistic, addictive personality, all-or-nothing person.
